Are you a caregiver trying to engage your kids in summer reading? There are many fun middle grade novels available at your local library to suit a variety of interests. Without engaging in summer reading, many school-aged children are at risk for the “summer slide. The summer slide can result in a decline in a child’s reading level by the fall.
